I Need Shelter

FrontLine Service operates Coordinated Intake for Cuyahoga County shelter services.

Single Adults or Families who need shelter or are at risk of losing housing.

To obtain shelter come to the Coordinated Intake Program at 1736 Superior Avenue, 2nd Floor of Cosgrove Building Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

If a single person needs shelter after 8:00 p.m. or on Saturday or Sunday or holidays they can go directly to the emergency Men’s Shelter at 2100 Lakeside Ave, Cleveland or the emergency women’s shelter, the Norma Herr Women’s Center, at 2227 Payne Avenue, Clevleand.

If a family requires shelter after 8:00 p.m. or on weekends, call 211.  The family will be linked to on-call staff.  Singles and families will need to come to Coordinated Intake the following day or Monday for an assessment.

FrontLine Service and its partner agencies will work with you to identify personal and community resources which may prevent homelessness.  Shelter beds are available 365 days a year, 7 days a week.
