Angela Glassco, MPA, LSW
Chief Operating Officer
Angela Glassco has served as FrontLine’s Chief Operating Officer since 2018. She has 30+ years’ experience in the field of housing services, including as a direct service case manager. As COO, Angela collaborates with the Executive Director to manage the overall operations of the organization, including the systems that support FrontLine’s clinical and housing services. She leads a team of 5 directors responsible for emergency housing, as well as clinical and behavioral health services for individuals, young adults, and families as they transition out of homelessness. She loves breaking a big problem into manageable steps and then leading a team through implementing those steps.
Angela joined FrontLine Service in 2014 in a temporary position, Director of Integrated Care, to integrate behavioral health care and primary care in FrontLine’s Integrated Care Clinic. In 2018, after successfully establishing integrated care as a standard part of FrontLine’s care model, she became COO.
Angela is proud to be one of seven FrontLine employees who represented the agency in NCTSN’s 9-month Being Anti-Racist is Central to Trauma-Informed Care 2020 summit and learning community. From that experience, she guided the development of FrontLine’s anti-racism committee structure.
Angela is a member of the Cuyahoga County Office of Homeless Services’ (OHS) advisory board, serves on the advisory board’s governance subcommittee, and is a member of OHS’s Homeless Service Providers Alliance. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Cleveland State University and is credentialed as a Licensed Social Worker.
