FrontLine Service COVID-19 Response
(Updated 02/09/23)
FrontLine Service is dedicated to ensuring the safety of all our workers, as well as the clients whom they serve, from the spread of COVID-19. During the uncertain times of this pandemic, we are committed to following the latest guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control and the Ohio Department of Health.
We make it our highest priority to prevent the transmission of Coronavirus (COVID-19) through protective equipment readily available to all our workers. We have increased the cleaning and disinfecting of the agency including high-traffic areas to prevent the transmission of the virus through surfaces.
FrontLine is offering face-to-face services as well as telehealth services to those we serve. If you would like to change your in-person visit to telehealth please call the main office at 216-623-6555. The agency can provide you with a facemask if you would like one. FrontLine Service requires that employees or clients experiencing symptoms remain at home and contact our office.
We greatly appreciate your patience and support during this difficult process. For general information or concerns, please contact our main office at 216-623-6555.
