Whats New: FrontLine's Endowment Fund
FrontLine Service is excited to announce the establishment of our agency’s first endowment fund through the Cleveland Foundation.
FrontLine’s calling has always been to reach out to those most in need, to provide a safe landing and services for those whose needs are not met elsewhere. With nearly 36 years of experience in pursuing this purpose, FrontLine is singularly positioned to serve those impacted by the trauma of violence, homelessness, and the growing need for accessible mental health and crisis services brought on by these escalating challenges.
Ensuring the continuation of programming that is vital to the well-being of the most vulnerable in our community is an integral part of the work we do here. An endowment fund provides a stable unrestricted income stream for the life of the agency and ensures that critical safety net services are available for our neighbors and community in the future.
The campaign to create this fund was prompted by the forethinking of our very own board member, Rich Robins. He and his wife, Kate, made the initial gift that kicked off FrontLine’s initiative to raise the $25,000 required by the Cleveland Foundation in order to establish an endowment fund, the rest of the board followed suit matching the Robins’ initial gift.
This is the beginning of a long and solid investment for the agency’s legacy, stewarded and managed by the Cleveland Foundation’s expertise. As an organization, we couldn’t be more thankful and enthused about what this means for ensuring FrontLine Service and the services we offer will be a fixture in the community for many years to come.
