Kelly Jones

Chief Financial Officer

Kelly Jones serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Frontline Service. She brings to her role more than a decade of experience in financial statement preparation & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as expertise in financial software applications. Her passion for Frontline’s mission inspired her to transition from the for-profit to the non-profit sector. 

As Chief Financial Officer, Kelly oversees all areas of the finance department, including accounts payable, payroll, and financial management for contracts and grants. She leads her team to advance accuracy in forecasting and transparency across the agency.  

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys planning events from birthday parties to bridal showers to hosting HOA events.   

Kelly is a proud graduate of The University of Akron where she was inspired to pursue her career in finance.
