LaTonya Murray, MA

Director of Emergency Housing Services

LaTonya first joined FrontLine Service in 1991, holding more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in ending homelessness in Cuyahoga County. She has used data-driven decisions to develop a comprehensive array of programs and reframe service delivery to assist those experiencing homelessness. LaTonya has received a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s of Arts from Cleveland State University.

LaTonya is responsible for aligning FrontLine’s emergency shelter/temporary housing-related programs and services with local Continuum of Care program goals initiated to create an effective housing crisis response system for persons experiencing housing instability. (These programs include the coordinated entry process for emergency shelter and permanent housing access, a temporary housing program, targeted engagement and case management at the men's shelter, and Supportive Service for Veteran Families.)
