OUR MISSION: FrontLine Service is a private, non-profit organization that reaches out to adults and children in Northeast Ohio to end homelessness, prevent suicide, resolve behavioral health crises and overcome trauma.
You are not alone
when you are
experiencing a crisis.
Ending Homelessness
We believe that anyone experiencing homelessness can obtain housing with the appropriate level of assistance. Through providing outreach, shelter, psychiatric, and supportive services, we aim to promote sustained recovery, independence, and community participation for those we serve.
Supporting Mental Wellness
Life can be difficult for those who are struggling with mental health, substance use, trauma, violence, or other challenges that affect our emotional well-being. Whether it is you or someone you are concerned about, we are here 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to help during these difficult times.
Overcoming Trauma
By working closely with those who have experienced or witnessed sexual and/or physical abuse, suicide, or homicide, we provide the intensive clinical services needed to help overcome trauma and to break the cycle of violence in homes and communities across Cuyahoga County.
