Danielle Cosgrove, MA

Director of Cleveland Mediation Center

Danielle has been a part of FrontLine since Cleveland Mediation Center merged with our agency in the Fall of 2017. Before the merger, Danielle had worked for CMC since 2006. She carries nearly two decades of experience working in the nonprofit sector, with half of that time specifically in mediation and conflict resolution. Danielle received a Master’s in Conflict Resolution from (Unspecified)

As Director of CMC, Danielle oversees the day-to-day operations of the CMC, developing relationships with new communities expanding and publicizing CMC’s training offerings, and exploring new areas of expansion including restorative justice, alternatives to policing, and community dialogue around political polarization.
