Meredith Fratantonio, PHDC, MPH, MBA, CMPE
Director of Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance
Ms. Fratantonio has more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, primarily in the areas of consulting, quality program design, non-profit administration, and multi-specialty ambulatory care. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in public health, and holds both a Master’s degree in Public Health as well as a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in healthcare administration. In addition Ms. Fratantonio is also a Certified Medical Practice Executive, and serves as an Adjunct Professor, instructing courses in the Department of Economics, Accounting, and Business Administration, with a focus on healthcare administration while also serving as an Executive Member of Health in All Policies, a Public Health Initiative.
Ms. Fratantonio joined FrontLine in 2018, as the Director of Quality Improvement. This role holds responsibility and oversees several key areas including, HIPAA, Corporate Compliance, medical records, Client Rights and Grievances, Safety Inspections, Risk Management, investigations and agency reporting. Quality Improvement leads the accreditation initiatives with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) as well as a certified mental health agency with Ohio Department of Mental Health. In addition the Quality team also plays a key role in several critical agency initiatives, including, organizational policy development, initiation of data analysis to establish and evaluate evidence-based practices and data-driven decision making leading to growth.
